BTT TENNIS ACADEMY & USTA PARTNERSHIP
BTT Tennis Academy, an international tennis academy located in Valldoreix, Barcelona, Spain, has for several years had a strong partnership with USTA Player Development. This partnership, which has increased significantly in recent seasons, means that American players and coaches periodically attend the Academy to train and to prepare for international competition in Europe. Sloane Stephens, Christina McHale, Madison Keys, Amanda Anisimova, Reilly Opelka and Taylor Fritz among others have practiced at BTT Tennis Academy through this agreement.
BTT Tennis Academy has collaborated in the preparation of the best American juniors before their participation in the junior tournament of Roland Garros. Those players who train at BTT Tennis Academy are accompanied by USTA Player Development National Coaches who collaborate on a day-to-day basis with the BTT Tennis Academy staff, thus ensuring continuity in the players' training goals with the benefit of BTT Coaching input.
The BTT methodology, created years ago by its founders-directors Francis Roig, Jordi Vilaró and Álvaro Margets, is applied in the daily training on the court combined with a specific fitness program in morning and afternoon sessions.
BTT Tennis Academy is proud of this strong partnership with USTA Player Development and is looking forward to continuing and enhancing this cooperation in the future.
